The two rentals have separate entrances and completely private indoor spaces. The spacious living and dining area includes a deep-cushioned sofa, 55" smart TV, high-top table, and a collection of framed original movie posters. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cookware, dishes, spices, oils, and coffee essentials. A counter with two stools provides another spot for breakfast or morning coffee. At the end of the hall, the music room offers comfortable seating and Bluetooth speakers. Our property sits 2 miles from campus and the village center, along a country road overlooking the Chenango River and surrounded by cornfields in the warmer months. Nearby you'll find hiking trails, farm stands, a great regional coffee roaster, and the Colgate Inn for a nicer dinner out. The area is beautiful year-round, with vibrant fall foliage in October, snow in winter, and lush greenery in the spring and summer..

🔑 ENTRANCE & LOCK You'll park in front of the green barn and follow the lighted path to the front porch. Enter through the front door using the digital keypad. The side entrance is reserved for the downstairs River House. Movie House guests may use the front porch and the shared river area. The river area is just past the fire pit and approximately 200 feet from the parking area. Note: The back deck belongs exclusively to the downstairs rental and is not included with this listing. The old workshop building beside the yard is locked. It is part of the property's history but is private and not accessible to guests.
