Hamilton is a classic Central New York college town, home to Colgate University and a walkable village of restaurants, coffee shops, an independent bookstore, movie theatre, and small local businesses. Our property sits 2 miles from campus and the village center, along a country road overlooking the Chenango River. Nearby you'll find hiking trails, farm stands, a great regional coffee roaster, and the Colgate Inn for a nicer dinner out. The area is beautiful year-round, with vibrant fall foliage in October, snow in winter, and lush greenery through the warm months.
